Description
This versatile peplum top features 2 sleeve options; one short, one long, as well as a drop shoulder seam, perfect for beginner sewists. The pattern is designed for knits with a looser more comfortable fit. If you prefer a closer fit, go down one size. If a cute peplum skirt is not for you, choose version C for a basic knit drop shoulder top.
Recommended Fabrics: Light to medium weight knits with a 4-way stretch.
Difficulty Level: Easy
Fabric Yardage Needed: 2.25 yards- 56 inch wide knit fabric for Version A &B, 2 yards for Version C
Notions and Supplies Needed: Fabric, Matching Thread, one extra bobbin with same thread color, Stretch (Ballpoint) needle
Suggested: Knit stay tape or fusible elastic interfacing for Hemming. Twin Needle for stretch fabric (Also known as ballpoint.)
***Note- This pattern can be made using a woven fabric, but getting in an out of it made prove to be a challenge for some. Adding a zipper is suggested if you have a larger bust. Do not size down if using a woven.
